You agree that all purchase information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method submitted. Orders may be refused or canceled for suspected fraud, errors, or unauthorized transactions.
Refunds & Returns
All sales of courses and downloadable products are final. Due to the digital nature of these offerings, once access has been granted within Kajabi or files have been made available, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be provided. By purchasing, you acknowledge that access is provided solely through the secured Kajabi platform under the terms of our Private Membership Association (PMA) agreement. Content may not be reproduced, copied, shared, or transferred in any form. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, screen recordings, or file sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, and may further be pursued under applicable laws. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions and requirements prior to completing a transaction.
